Is there a place to submit self-composed music to possibly become published?

Just anyone that’s willing to take in my music, and even work on it if they want to. Even if YOU’RE willing to take in my ideas and work on them, as long as the credits go to me.

By the way, my compositions aren’t necessarily made to be only played on the piano. They’re just the main, base, underlying tune of a full, real song. Sure, the riffs sound nice on the piano, but even better with vocals and more accompaniments (i.e. percussion, strings, guitars).
